Foamstop™ SIN 385 is a foam control agent specially formulated for the processing of seafood, gelatine, potato (starch, French fries/chips, crisps) and sugar. Optimum processing temperature range: 5 °C - 95 °C.
Combination of polyalkylene glycols (PAGs) and esters of fatty acids.
